About the CEO & Founder

 Tytus Cousins is the CEO and Founder of Intellectual Real Estate Services and Investments LLC (IRESI). Mr. Cousins has over 15 years of experience in real estate investments and is a licensed real estate broker.   He created his start-up in 2018, establishing a reputation in managing various real estate investment transactions ranging from $50K to $1 million. As the CEO of IRESI, he manages a team of licensed real estate brokers who are highly qualified to provide clients with exceptional professionalism and customer service. Under his leadership, Mr. Cousins's goal is to ensure the company provides all clients with profitable real estate portfolios and lucrative investment opportunities in all markets.


While advocating for homeowners, he saw a need to expand his company and provide products in probate assistance services.  In 2019, he became a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist to help home/estate owners overcome their unique real estate challenges. During the Covid 19 pandemic, Tytys has been instrumental in advising families with their loved one's private estates who have experienced unexpected losses.   


Mr. Cousins's true passion is to develop the next generation of real estate investors through training and mentorship. Tytus plans to establish a Real Estate and Investment Leadership training course to train youth early on investing in the market. He continues to speak with young adults about the field of real estate and spearheaded youth leadership programs for After School  Matters, Eli House, Project Success, and First Start.
